1Introduction

3Your Account
Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active 54jl account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device – is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. 54jl may contact you using the information you provide, so please make sure your mobile number and email address are correct.
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your username or password with anyone. 54jl will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password right away.
All activity that occurs under your 54jl account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally made that bet or transaction. If someone else accesses your account because of your own negligence (for example, leaving your phone unlocked), 54jl is not liable for resulting losses.

4Deposits and Withdrawals
54jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Philippine-based payment methods. These include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.
All transactions on 54jl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method used and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. Priority processing times may apply to VIP Gold and Diamond tier members. 54jl does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
For security purposes, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits, unless you have submitted a verified change request through customer support. This anti-money-laundering measure is in place to protect all members.
54jl reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes a government-issued ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of the payment method used. This is standard practice and protects everyone on the platform.
Note: Funds deposited into your 54jl account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. Your real-money balance is always available for withdrawal, subject to standard verification procedures.
5Bonuses and Promotions
54jl offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published on the individual promotion page. These Terms provide the general framework; promotion-specific terms will apply in addition and will take precedence in cases of conflict.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the applicable wagering requirement – which means you must bet an amount equal to the bonus multiplied by the stated turnover multiplier before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts, devices, or network connections may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being reviewed.
54jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already in progress (with an active wagering requirement) will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of opt-in.
Bonus abuse – including but not limited to placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a bonus payout with minimal risk – is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
6Betting Rules
All bets placed on 54jl are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type and sport. These rules are accessible from within each game section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the 54jl system cannot be cancelled or modified. Please double-check your selections, stake amount, and odds before confirming any wager. 54jl is not responsible for bets placed in error.
In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or any other issue that affects the integrity of a bet or game outcome, 54jl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to member accounts. This determination will be made in good faith and communicated to affected members.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is submitted and confirmed are the odds that will apply to that wager. 54jl does not honour odds that were displayed in error due to system issues.
7Responsible Gaming

8Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 54jl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Opening or operating more than one (1) account.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any unauthorised way.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

- Engaging in match fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or 54jl staff through any communication channel.
- Accessing 54jl services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to place bets on your behalf for commercial gain.
54jl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity around the clock. Members flagged by these systems may have their accounts temporarily frozen pending investigation. 54jl will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected member in a timely manner.
9Intellectual Property
All content on the 54jl platform – including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of 54jl or its licensed content providers.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any 54jl content without prior written consent from 54jl. Unauthorised use of 54jl intellectual property may result in legal action.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to download, modify, or commercially exploit the platform or its content.
10Privacy
54jl collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms. By creating a 54jl account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
54jl will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and verification services is done solely for the purpose of completing transactions and verifying your identity, as required by applicable law.

11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 54jl's liability to any member in connection with use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
54jl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
54jl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events outside 54jl's control (such as internet outages or force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability of the service. 54jl will make reasonable efforts to notify members of planned downtime in advance.
Nothing in these Terms limits 54jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
12Account Termination
You may close your 54jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally, and your remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within three (3) business days.
54jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, balances may be held pending investigation before any applicable refund is processed.
54jl may also close an account voluntarily at its discretion, providing reasonable notice where circumstances allow. In such cases, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member in full.
13Changes to These Terms
54jl may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the law, platform features, or business practices. When significant changes are made, 54jl will notify registered members via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the 54jl platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and close your account.
